Creating a Profile

  1. Within Profile Name, enter a name for the online documentation you are working with.
  2. Click the browse button to the immediate right of the Source location. Browse to the location of the source content (the same location as the Output directory in oXygen's Edit Scenario dialog) and click OK.
    The Source location is populated with the selected path.
  3. Click the browse button to the immediate right of the Ftp staging folder. The FTP Browser is displayed.

    Browse to the folder in which your content should be hosted on the Staging server and click Select Folder.
    The Ftp staging folder is populated with the selected path.
    Note: If you need to create a folder in the currently visible location, enter the folder name in the Create Folder field (upper right) and press the folder icon.
  4. Click the browse button to the immediate right of the Ftp production folder. The FTP Browser is displayed.

    Browse to the folder in which your content should be hosted on the Production server and click Select Folder.
    The Ftp production folder is populated with the selected path.
    Note: If you need to create a folder in the currently visible location, enter the folder name in the Create Folder field (upper right) and press the folder icon.
  5. Click the Add Profile button to add the new profile to the Profiles list.
